1. What types of training do you offer?

   obedience training, behavior modification, puppy training, urban training

2. What is the duration of each training session?

•   Puppy lessons: 30 min - 45 min

•   Adult lessons: 60min - 120min

3. How many sessions does my dog need?

•  It depends on the dog's current behavior and the goals you want to achieve.

4. What methods do you use for training?

•    We use Balance methods meaning we use both positive and negative reinforcements.

5. Do you offer private or group classes?

•   Yes, we offer only private in-home lessons.

Specifics About Training

6. At what age should I start training my puppy?

•     It's best to start at 8 weeks old.

7. Can older dogs be trained?

•  Yes, dogs of any age can learn new behaviors.

8. What behaviors or issues do you specialize in?

•    Separation anxiety, leash pulling, aggression, potty training, jumping, invading personal space, reaction, puppy manners, etc

9. How do I know if my dog needs professional training?

•    If your dog exhibits unwanted behaviors or if you want to improve their obedience. Even if your schedule is chaotic we can still help with Board & Train options.

10. What should I bring to the training session?

•     A leash, collar, treats, muzzle (if needed) and a favorite toy.

Logistical Questions

11. Where are the training sessions held?

•    in-home lessons start at the Client's resident, but we do visit local parks and shops to add a challenge to our lessons. 

•    Board & Train is mainly at Trainer's resident. 

12. What are your rates for training?

•    Rates vary depending on the type of training and session length. We do offer single visits for $200 an hour. Minimum of One hour

13. Do you offer packages or discounts?

•      Yes, we offer packages for multiple sessions and discounts for Military, Law Enforcement, Senior and Monthly promo .

14. What is your cancellation policy?

•     Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee.

•   There are no Refunds after 2 visits for In-home Packages 

•  Partial Refund for Board & Train deposit

16. How long will it take to see results?

•     Results depend on the consistency of training, daily practices, and the dog's behavior. Not to mention accountability from everyone in your dog's life.

17. Do you guarantee results?

•   While we strive for success, every dog is different, and results may vary.

18. Will I need to continue training at home?

•  Yes, consistency at home is key to reinforcing what your dog learns.

19. Can I stay and watch the training sessions?

•    Yes, owners are encouraged to be present and participate.

20. What if my dog doesn’t respond to training?

•    We can reassess and try different methods or refer you to a specialist if needed.

21. Is my dog required to be vaccinated before training?

•  Yes, all dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations.

22. What if my dog has a health condition?

•   Please inform us beforehand so we can tailor the training accordingly.

23. Do you offer training for dogs with aggressive behavior?

•    Yes, but we will assess the dog's behavior before proceeding.

24. What safety measures do you take during training?

•   We use humane methods and ensure a safe environment for all dogs

25. Can you help with crate training?

•     Yes, we offer guidance and training for crate training.

• We take Venmo, Cash, Cashapp, Check, and Zelle

• We also use Square for Invoices

27. Do you offer payment plans?

• We offer deposit payments before any service.
